Eleonora Srugo

Eleonora, a born-and-raised New Yorker, leads the team on Selling The City. Growing up in the vibrant Soho neighborhood and graduating from the prestigious Stuyvesant High School, she set the stage for a thriving career in real estate. By 2023, she had become the top sales earner at her brokerage, a milestone that inspired her to build her own team of standout agents.

“Eleonora is such a genuine and insightful person. She’s always willing to share her knowledge, which is incredibly rare in this industry,” shared Abi, one of her team members, in an interview with Tudum.

Jade

Jade had her early life in Manhattan where she was born, later moved to Atlanta, but she later found her way back to New York to work at Douglas Elliman. She is now a successful real estate agent with a portfolio having an amount of value over $2 billion.

Jade also gave us a glimpse of her personal style. She describes her own apartment as having an “industrial aesthetic.” Obviously, her design sense is as sharp as her real estate expertise.

Taylor

Nashville native Taylor made waves in Douglas Elliman by distinguishing herself as an outstanding real estate agent. A luxury specialist who has sold more than $500 million, Taylor has gained herself a position at the top tier of talents among the firm’s brokers, to which even the executive chairman Howard Lorber (selling the city howard) calls “one to watch.

With a clientele that includes CEOs and celebrities, Taylor’s star power in the real estate world is undeniable.

Jordyn Taylor

Jordyn, from California, is in New York City to enter the world of luxury real estate. She feels that what sets New York’s market apart is the depth to which New Yorkers understand the business.

“My local barista knows all the gossip about the new Naftali development on 77th,” she shared with Tudum. “As agents, that means we have to be incredibly well-informed at all times. There’s no room for laziness at this level.”

There’s little doubt that Jordyn excels in such a frenetic, high-pressure atmosphere.

Abigail

Abigail is the newest addition to the office, hailing from Greenville, South Carolina—but her heart belongs to New York. Can you blame her?

“To break into this industry, you need a whole lot of determination, humility, and some XL cojones,” she told Tudum. It’s clear Abigail isn’t afraid to tackle the challenges of the Big Apple’s real estate scene head-on!

Gisselle Meneses

Gisselle Meneses Nunez describes herself as “a high-stakes chess game in stilettos,” and honestly, it fits perfectly. Hailing from Elizabeth, New Jersey, she’s passionate about New York’s ever-changing neighborhoods.

“It’s fast, fierce, and always evolving, and there’s no room for amateurs,” she shared. “You’ve got to hustle while looking fabulous.”

Honestly, how can you not love her?

Justin

Justin is a Midwestern boy adjusting to the fast-paced New York real estate scene. He grew up between Racine, Wisconsin, and Lakeville, Minnesota, but now he’s diving headfirst into the hustle of the Big Apple.

“The New York City real estate market is not for the weak-minded. You have to have a strong desire to hustle,” he shared with Tudum. “Here, we actually show our listings—there’s no key lockbox for access.”

It’s obvious Justin is up for the task!
